1 cup water (227g) 8oz. 250ml
½ cup (100g)
½ cup (110g)
6 Tbsp (100g)  pumpkin puree
1 tsp. (6g) Vanilla extract
1 tsp. (4g) pumpkin pie spice
¼ tsp. salt

Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam
¼ cup half and half (or milk of choice)

1-2 Tbsp. of Pumpkin Spice Syrup
Iced Coffee
Dash of Pumpkin Pie Spice

Directions:
Pumpkin Spice Syrup
Place all ingredients into a saucepan. Whisk ingredients together, then bring to a boil. Let cook for 4 minutes. Remove the saucepan from heat and let cool for a few minutes. Carefully strain the mixer into a heat proof bowl. Discard the thick leftover mixture and let syrup cool in a heat proof bowl for 30-40 minutes. Then pour cooled syrup into a mason jar and store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam
Place the half and half (or your milk of choice) and 1-2 tbsp. of pumpkin spice syrup in a frother set on the cold setting. If you have a hand frother, in a cup froth these ingredients together until foamy. Fill your cup with ice, add 1-2 tablespoons of pumpkin spice syrup to the ice and pour your favorite iced coffee or cold brew over the ice. Then top with the pumpkin spice cold foam and sprinkle a dash of pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon and enjoy!
