Coconut Almond Granola

Coconut Almond Granola
Makes 6 cups

Ingredients & Measurements:
3 cups (366g) old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup 90g slivered almonds
1 cup (70g) coconut
⅓ cup(106g) honey
⅓ cup (57g) brown sugar
¼ cup (53g) melted coconut oil
1 tsp. (4g) Vanilla extract
½ tsp. (3g) salt 

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. 

Line the baking sheet with parchment.

In a medium bowl combine the brown sugar, honey, coconut oil, salt, and vanilla extract.

In a large bowl mix together the oats, coconut, and almonds.

Pour the sugar honey mixture over the oats mixture. Using clean hands mix until all of the oats are covered in honey sugar mixture.

Spread evenly on a baking sheet, bake for 15 minutes, toss and spread even. Bake for another 15 minutes, toss and spread out again. Increase oven temperature to 350 F. and bake another 6-8 minutes, keep an eye on it because it will brown quickly.

Remove, toss and let cool for 20 minutes. Store in an airtight container for up to a 2 weeks.
