Brown Butter Tea Biscuits (Aka Ted Lasso Biscuits)
2 cups (300g) all purpose flour
½ cup (109g) granulated sugar
½ tsp (3g) salt
2 sticks (180g) unsalted browned butter (video below)
1 tsp. (4g) vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. You will need an 8×8 inch pan for this recipe.

Spray the pan with non-stick cooking spray and place a thin piece of parchment paper inside the pan. Spray the parchment with non-stick spray.

In the bowl of a food processor, combine the flour, sugar, and salt. Pulse 6-8 times to mix together. Add the cooled browned butter and vanilla extract, pulse until  dough comes together and all the flour is absorbed. Press the dough evenly into the prepared pan and bake for 30-32  minutes until golden brown and set in the center. Place pan on a cooling rack and allow to cool completely for 45-60 minutes. Use a butter knife to run along the edges of the cooled biscuits. Using the parchment, remove the biscuits from the pan and place on a cutting board. Cut into small rectangles and enjoy. Keep in an airtight container for 5 days. Enjoy with tea or coffee.
